Manulife-backedServerfarm, a global developer and operator of data centers, has acquired two data center campuses in Houston, Texas, marking its first entry into the Texas market. These facilities, strategically located, would offer the potential for rapid expansion through sustainable upgrades to existing structures.
The acquisition would significantly enhance Serverfarm's colocation capabilities across the United States, meeting increasing demand for data center capacity in Houston. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
