• Operating System (OS) reinstallation is free of charge, or you can perform it yourself via the control panel (for VPS).


• Please renew or cancel your service at least 7 days before the invoice due date. If not renewed, the service will be marked as "no longer needed" and will be terminated and data deleted at the end of the billing cycle.

• All IPs are initially provided clean.


• During usage, if an IP gets blacklisted, customers can submit a delisting request themselves (up to 6 IPs per 24 hours, where applicable via Spamhaus).


• If less than 5% of your total IPs are blacklisted, you will have 24–72 hours to resolve the issue.


• If more than 5% of your IPs are blacklisted, or if the issue is not resolved in time, we reserve the right to suspend and delete your service immediately – without refund.

Example: You rent a /24 block with 253 usable IPs → 5% = ~12 IPs. If 12 or more IPs are listed on the Spamhaus CSS blacklist, your service will be terminated immediately.
