GoDaddy.com Wins $1.14M Lawsuit Against ANEXIO Data Centers
📅 - ANEXIO Data Centers had been sued by GoDaddy for breach of contract. In their lawsuit, GoDaddy claimed that it pre-paid for facilities at ANEXIO's colocation data center in Los Angeles. ANEXIO Data Centers failed to return credit to GoDaddy after it stopped rendering services in violation of the parties' contract.
