📅 October 21, 2020 - Juniper Networks will acquire 128 Technology for $450 million. The deal is intended to further enhance Juniper Networks' AI-driven enterprise network portfolio. 128 Technology's Session Smart networking will be united with Juniper's campus and branch solutions driven by Mist AI.
