📅 - Bitcoin has emerged as a better bet than any major foreign-exchange trade, commodity contract or stock index. The electronic coin is regulated like gold and oil and has surged 79% since the beginning of 2016. It's up to $778, which is the highest it has been since early in 2014.
The electronic currency has outperformed the Russian ruble and Brazilian real by as much as four times, which are the two top hard currencies in the world. Many reasons have caused the currency to have a large comeback since falling 58% in 2014. With new consumers and companies adopting the currency, some expect it to continue to rise.

📅 - Cisco Loses in Federal Court to Arista - Arista Networks has been in a long legal battle with Cisco Systems and caught a big break recently. Cisco's demand for $335 million in damages was denied by a Northern California federal court. The court ruled that Arista Networks didn't infringe on a Cisco patent or copyright.
This decision goes against the ruling from a week ago made by the International Trade Commission. The ruling stated that Arista has violated two Cisco patents after they had already violated three other patents. For a short time, Arista was even banned from importing their products into the United States.

He has made this announcement after stating that serving as the FCC Chairman has been a great honor. Republicans are a bit hostile to the Democratic regulations passed including the net-neutrality rule.
Agit Pai may be named the acting chairman when Wheeler departs. The Republicans may be targeting rules, such as the net-neutrality regulation, privacy rules and others. However, Wheeler could be chosen to remain as commissioner through his term, which ends in 2018.

📅 - Azure Stack Looking for Success Where Private Clouds Have Failed - HPE announced they will provide Azure Stack within the next six month at the HPE Discover Conference last month in London. This week, Jason Zander, the corporate vice president of Microsoft Azure, expanded on how Azure Stack will address challenges other companies have when implementing private clouds.
Azure Stack is trying to figure out how other private cloud implementations are failing. They want to make sure they get the hardware and the software right in order to succeed where others have failed. Microsoft has worked with HPE, Lenovo and Dell to get this right.
