📅 - Endurance International Group or EIG is known for scooping up hosting companies rapidly. However, the Q1 2016 earnings call featured CEO and founder Hari Ravichandran and he stated the pace of acquisitions will slow. Part of the reason for the slowdown is the time they need to integrate Constant Contact into their other businesses.
EIG acquired Constant Contact for $1.1 billion in February. The company has a net income of $21.8 million for the first quarter of the year, which was short of the analysts' expectations. .
