According to the results, the number one factor that influences customers when choosing a Web hosting company is value for money, says Supanet Hosting.
"It came as no surprise to find that customers looking for a good Web hosting service are after value for money," says Andrew Barton, marketing manager for Supanet. "For a long time people have been disillusioned with the Web hosting industry. At Supanet Hosting we have tried to create a Web site that offers great hosting features at an affordable price."
Other factors that customers looked for were great customer service, multiple hosting features, responsive support, generous Web space and bandwidth, Web site security, reliability, efficient access to data and a wide range of hosting packages.
