The company says that it will double disk space and backup space on all of its hosting plans. The upgrade will include both new and existing customers, regardless of sign-up date. It adds that it will double both disk space and backup space without raising prices. The company further states that it plans to complete all disk space upgrades by the end of the month, and introduce several other significant service upgrades, including an enterprise backup solution, before the end of the year. Additional details will be released as they become available.

It articulates that it provides a variety of Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting solutions. VPS Hosting from it starts at $39.99/monthly for 50GB of disk space and 1000GB of top-tier data transfer. All accounts include full support for video hosting, free data backups. The company explains that starting at $149.99 per month for 300GB of RAID-10 protected disk space and 5000GB of monthly data transfer, its Hybrid Servers include 24/7 premium technical support and access to data backup space that offers a full mirror of each plan's disk space allotment. All Hybrid Servers are based on Linux and offer pre-installed server management software, including Parallels Virtuozzo Power Panel, cPanel and Fantastico. Clients also receive SSH root access to their servers.
