RealMetric says its rankings provide an independent, industry-wide measurement of customer support response time and overall performance based on more than 110,000 random daily tests of different shared Web hosting providers. GlowHost took first place for the last three months of the year, beating out several other shared hosting providers.
"We see this as a validation of our commitment to phenomenal customer service and support," says Matt Lundstrom, GlowHost president. "Our company has been successful in providing mission-critical and robust hosting services in the past five years largely due to our world class support. We have always viewed customer support as an integral part of our infrastructure, and that is evident in today's announcement."
GlowHost, which hosts its servers in the state-of-the-art GNAX data center in Atlanta, Georgia, says it typically scores high on other independent service review sites as well.
