📅 October 17, 2007 - Web hosting and e-commerce provider LexiConn Internet Services (lexiconn.com) announced on Wednesday that it has joined the RatePoint (ratepoint.com) Consumer Approval Program, an interactive consumer feedback platform and quality assurance certification.


LexiConn customers can now sign up for RatePoint service to manage their online reputation by capturing and publishing consumer reviews and feedback directly from their websites. RatePoint verifies actual consumer ratings for authenticity, and businesses can then respond to feedback.

The RatePoint membership includes the RatePoint site seal in which businesses can use to collect and publish reviews, access to the RatePoint business dashboard which enables businesses to manage and respond to feedback and reviews, and a customized listing in the RatePoint online business directory that is searchable by millions of consumers.

Earlier this month, RatePoint announced it is giving buySAFE merchants the ability to manage their online reputation and prove to consumers that their business is reputable.
