📅 - Commtouch (commtouch.com), a leading provider of messaging solutions and software announced last week that Jamcracker, Inc., an integrated Web-based services provider, has signed a multi-year agreement to distribute Commtouch email and messaging solutions to its enterprise customers, including small to mid-sized corporations, around the world.
The offering includes Commtouch Hosted Exchange, the recently announced next-generation messaging service from Commtouch and Microsoft. Jamcracker has already begun to launch customers with its roll out of Commtouch Hosted Exchange. Specific financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The solutions Commtouch will be providing to Jamcracker include, Commtouch Hosted Exchange, offered on the Microsoft server platform, and Commtouch Messaging for Service Providers which includes complete domain and account management functionality. All of the company's solutions are backed byservice level agreements available with up to 99.9% service uptime and include integrated communications features such as wireless access, unified messaging and calendaring. The agreement also includes Commtouch professional services and migration capabilities through its Wingra Technologies subsidiary.
