📅 August 20, 2001 - InfoVista (infovista.com), a global provider of software solutions for network service providers and enterprises today announced that Ardent Communications (ardentcomm.com), a nationwide provider of broadband access and bundled data services, has selected InfoVista as one of the main components of the platform that manages the Ardent Communications network.

Ardent Communications is a leading Tier 1 ISP with a redundant, nationwidebackbone. Ardent offers not only dedicated access but also many of theadditional managed data and value-added services, including DNS, news feedsand email services. "The main reason we chose InfoVista was the ease of usefrom an operator's point of view, simplicity in creating new indicators andreports from a designer's point of view as well as its smooth integrationwith our existing infrastructure," said David Hughes, director ofengineering for Ardent.
InfoVista's solution was recommended and implemented by iOrmyx (iormyx.com),a global technology solutions provider and InfoVista business solutionsintegrator.
