📅 - Globix Corporation (globix.com) confirmed that its NewYork facilities located in lower Manhattan at 139 Centre Street and 415Greenwich Street have been operational throughout the crisis at the WorldTrade Center and continue to be staffed 24x7.
The Globix OC-48 network is also fully functional and operational, althoughsome local access customers have experienced disruption due to theunfortunate damage to Verizon facilities in the immediate vicinity of theWorld Trade Center. In accordance with the company's back-up customerservice procedures, Globix immediately activated emergency call centers andNetwork Operations Centers in its UK and Santa Clara locations to ensurethat customers who may be experiencing local telecommunications difficultieshave access to technical assistance and support.
Customers based in the United States in need of immediate technical serviceshould dial 1-408-844-6020. If based in Europe, customers should dial 0800085 6482 within the UK, or +44-207-908-8666 outside of the UK. Customers mayalso send an e-mail to Globix at support@globix.com.
