(freeliant.com) announced a market initiative in the evolution of Application Service Providers Industry, launching a new product offering called Freedom, designed to simplify the often complex and lengthy technical sale by integrating the core competencies of an ISP, MSP and ASP seamlessly into a tangible product.
This product is priced with a single monthly bill that removes installationcharges, connectivity and router purchases previously required by thecustomer to implement an ASP model. On the performance side, Freeliant saysbusiness customers can benefit from the combined synergies of the providerswith one number to call that provides installation, connectivity andapplications as well as a host of additional services with the introductionof Freedom.
Freeliant has partnered its Application Services with an ISP and a ManagedService Provider to create a complete networking package for the small andmedium-sized business communities with a simplicity comparable to orderingcable television.
Included in every Freedom package is a suite of Microsoft applications suchas Microsoft Office 2000, and Microsoft Exchange 2000 that includes Outlookemail services. The package also includes installation, back-up services,Citrix server, anti-virus protection, Winzip, a splash Web page/portal,screen shadowing and 24/7 customer support for a low monthly fee per user.
Freedom further enhances the value proposition of the overall ASP model thatwill allow business customers to see their benefits without the hassle.These benefits include data, extended lifecycle from current hardware,latest and greatest software, full backup and virus elimination.
Freedom is available with three connectivity options based on thebusinesses' needs. The first level involves the client sustaining their ownconnectivity with an Internet Service Provider of their choice. The secondlevel provides a DSL line or compatible solution and router for clientsmaintaining a minimum of 10 users/seats. The third level offers a T1 lineand router for businesses that occupy a minimum of 20 users. Freedom ASPaddresses several verticals within the market with a multitude ofindustry-specific applications as well as administrative packages thatinclude payroll, accounting, human resources, contact management, etc.
