The multi-channel specialty retailer selected Totality's site management and operational services for Sharper Image's fast-growing e-commerce site.

Generating over $60 million inonline sales annually, sharperimage.com was one of NextCard eCommerceIndex's "10 Biggest Volume Gainers" in percentage change in onlinetransaction volume from March to April 2001.
