The services enablecustomers to track information such as the number of visitors to a site,keywords most often searched by users, which links and search engines arereferring visitors to a site and how users navigate through a Web site.

Rackspace partnered with Quantified Systems Inc. (quantified.com) to offer Urchin Dedicated for single servers with multiple Web sites and Urchin MultiHome 3.3 for multiple server configurations. The Web reporting applications allow Internet companies to understand how visitor behavior affects their business strategies, providing feedback to anyone interested in the design, marketing or hosting of a Web site.
Fast and scalable, Urchin requires minimal system resources and providesbasic to highly detailed traffic reports through a co-brandable,browser-based interface. It also has an e-commerce module that enablesdollar-based traffic reports.

Rackspace is offering Urchin Dedicated for $100.00 a month with a $100.00setup fee, and Urchin MultiHome 3.3 for $750.00 a month with a $750.00 setupfee.
