📅 - Redline Networks, Inc. (redlinenetworks.com) announcedyesterday the appointment of Roy Johnson as president and CEO. Johnson hasalso joined Redline Networks' board of directors. Johnson will direct thecompany's business and technology strategy and establish a sustainableleadership position for the company in the high-growth Internetinfrastructure market.
Redline Networks' realtime acceleration hardware appliances enable companiesto increase the transaction capacity of their existing Web infrastructure byup to twenty-fold, while simultaneously accelerating download times andcutting bandwidth costs, the company says. Redline has received series Bfunding from Advanced Technology Ventures, and from Ken Oshman, whocontinues his participation as a private investor in Redline Networks.
