Nov, 2002 : Globix Continues Search for Finance Chief
📅 - Full-service Internet solution provider Globix Corporation (globix.com) announced on Thursday that Shawn P. Brosnan has stepped down from his position as senior vice president and acting chief financial officer, in order to pursue other interests.
Brosnan, who joined the company in November of 1999 as vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer, was named acting chief financial officer on September 9, 2002, says the company. Globix says Broasnan was directly involved in the recent reorganization and successful emergence of the company from Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, and has been extensively involved in the company's financial and operational restructuring throughout the United States and Europe. According to Globix's CEO, Peter Stevenson, the company will continue with its search for a new chief financial officer.
