May, 2003 : LCL Telehousing Selects ABB for Maintenance

📅 May 9, 2003 - LCL Telehousing (lcl.be) has announced that it has selected ABB Building Services (abb.com) to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of its colocation center in Diegem, Belgium starting on May 15, 2003.

ABB will take care of the preventive and corrective maintenance of the site and will guarantee the overall functioning of its technical installations. The colocation center will be under ABB central alarm surveillance 24 hours a day, and in the event of breakdowns, a support team will be rushed to the site within the hour.
The colocation centre extends over 947 m² of IT rooms with advanced security techniques in cooling, power back-up (UPS and generators) and guarding.
According to LCL Telehousing, ABB was chosen because of its extensive experience in the management of colocation facilities.
