📅 - Digital River (digitalriver.com) announced today it has signed an agreement with iVAST (ivast.com), a provider of standards-based, interactive digital media solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Digital River will build iVAST's entire e-commerce store. ?We are pleased to manage the online sales and e-commerce operations for iVAST's online store," said Jay Kerutis, Digital River's president of software and digital commerce services. "We find that companies realize the most value from our outsourcing services when they tap our expertise and resources to not only manage the basic e-commerce functionality of their online stores, but also implement our broad online marketing strategies.?
