Jul 9, 2007 : Ensim Demos Unify Shared Edition 4.0
📅 - Server automation and virtualization provider Ensim (ensim.com) announced on Monday it will demonstrate a beta version of its Unify Shared Edition 4.0, the latest upgrade of its communications and collaboration management center for service providers, at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2007 in Denver, Colorado.
Ensim's demonstration will show how Unify simplifies the day-to-day task of activating, configuring and managing a service provider's unified communications and collaboration infrastructure. It will also showcase Unify's over-the-air client and device configuration capabilities, delegated administration and infrastructure optimization features.
"We are excited to show our latest version of Unify Shared Edition and demonstrate its support and compatibility with multiple setups," says Francois Depayras, vice president of sales and marketing at Ensim. "Ensim offers tremendous flexibility to service providers by letting them deploy Exchange 2007 and Windows SharePoint Service 3.0 on their existing HMC 3.5 solution or on a new HMC 4.0 infrastructure."
Co-developed with Microsoft, Ensim Unify Shared Edition delivers a complete solution for the management and automation of hosted services under a hosted infrastructure. Ensim Unify Shared Edition 4.0 enables service providers to centrally provision and manage Microsoft Hosted Exchange 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 in various deployment scenarios, including Microsoft Solution for HMC 3.5, Microsoft Solution for HMC 4.0 and homegrown infrastructures.
Ensim announced last month it is offering Ensim Pro X, version 10.3.
