📄 Editorial Review
(3*) 🔧 Services: VPNTrust.Zone is a privacy-focused VPN provider operating since 2014, with the service run by Internet Privacy Ltd from Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles. Payment processing, taxes, billing adjustments and refunds are handled through authorized distributor Tersys Group OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia. The company concentrates almost entirely on VPN and proxy privacy services rather than combining VPN access with unrelated hosting, cloud storage or security products.
The main product is an anonymous VPN with unlimited bandwidth and unlimited traffic on paid subscriptions. Its network currently includes 174 servers across more than 90 VPN zones, covering Europe, North America, Asia, Oceania and Africa. Monthly and annual subscriptions allow three simultaneous VPN connections, while the two-year plan raises this to five. Additional simultaneous connections can be purchased when more devices need to remain connected at the same time.
Privacy is one of the strongest parts of Trust.Zone. The service follows a zero-logs policy for VPN activity and traffic metadata. Registration requires an email address, while VPN activity itself is not stored in server logs. Account credentials, VPN passwords and cryptographic keys are stored in encrypted form. Trust.Zone also maintains a warrant canary and avoids third-party advertising, analytics and tracking systems within its service.
Protocol support is broader than what many mainstream VPN services offer. Connections can use WireGuard, OpenVPN, IKEv2, L2TP/IPSec, SSTP, PPTP, SOCKS5, HTTPS Proxy, Shadowsocks and VLESS. Additional configuration possibilities include Amnezia VPN/AmneziaWG and Xray-based proxy connections, giving experienced users substantial flexibility when dealing with different networks, devices or filtering environments.
Native applications are available for Windows, Android, macOS and iOS, with Linux supported through configuration instructions and compatible VPN clients. Browser proxy extensions are available for Chrome and Firefox. Manual configuration also extends compatibility to DD-WRT, Tomato, Asus Merlin and Roqos Core routers, together with devices such as smart TVs, PlayStation, Xbox and Amazon Fire TV/Fire Stick when the VPN connection is handled through a supported router or compatible manual setup.
The newer Trust.Zone VPN V2 generation is available for Windows, Android, macOS and iOS and remains identified as an alpha release. It introduces more advanced routing features, including split tunneling and Smart Tunneling. Split tunneling can determine which applications use the VPN connection, while Smart Tunneling provides similar control for individual websites. Server latency testing and selectable DNS settings make it easier to optimize connection routing.
Security functions include a Kill Switch, DNS leak protection, automatic reconnection and automatic VPN location selection. P2P traffic is supported without protocol throttling, making the service suitable for users who rely on torrent and other peer-to-peer applications. Streaming-oriented and VIP VPN zones are also available alongside normal geographic locations.
Several optional upgrades expand the standard VPN subscription. A Dedicated Static IP gives a customer a consistent private VPN address instead of one shared with other users. Dedicated IP addresses can also be combined with Port Forwarding, which is useful for remote access, incoming connections, P2P applications, gaming servers and other services requiring an externally reachable port. DDoS Protection and additional simultaneous connections are available as separate paid upgrades.
Trust.Zone supports English, French, German, Spanish, Turkish, Simplified Chinese and Russian, giving the service good localization coverage for an internationally oriented VPN provider.
💰 Price & Cost
Trust.Zone keeps its subscription structure relatively simple. The regular one-month subscription costs $9.99 per month, while the one-year subscription is currently $39.99 per year, equivalent to approximately $3.33 per month. The two-year subscription costs $55.99, or about $2.33 per month before temporary promotional extensions are taken into account.
A current EXTRA promotion adds six additional months to the two-year subscription without increasing the $55.99 total price, effectively extending that package to 30 months and lowering the average monthly cost further.
A 3-day free trial is available without requiring a credit card. It provides basic VPN access with one simultaneous connection and gives new customers a practical way to test the network before paying for a subscription.
Optional features include Dedicated Static IP service starting from $4.99, Dedicated IP with Port Forwarding from $6.24, DDoS Protection at $2.49 per month and three additional simultaneous connections for $2.49 per month. Dedicated IP pricing and availability depend on the selected location and feature combination.
Payment options include credit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrencies and PayPro Global-supported payment methods. Cryptocurrency payments can qualify for a 10% discount. Prices are primarily shown in US dollars, while VAT or other applicable taxes can be added according to the customer's billing country. Automatic recurring billing is optional and can later be canceled in favor of manual renewal.
The refund policy was improved in April 2026. Trust.Zone now provides a 10-day money-back guarantee without a traffic-usage restriction for the first paid subscription purchased directly from the company, provided the refund is requested within the applicable ten-day period. Purchases completed through app stores, resellers or other third parties remain subject to the refund terms of the respective merchant.
🏢 Data Center
Trust.Zone operates a geographically diverse VPN infrastructure with 174 servers distributed across more than 90 zones. Coverage includes South Africa in Africa and locations such as India, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Turkey and Israel across Asia.
European coverage is particularly extensive, with VPN locations in France, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Romania, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Ireland, Serbia, Albania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Bulgaria and Ukraine.
North American coverage includes Canada and numerous United States locations, including servers in or around New York, Florida, Texas, California, Virginia, Illinois, Washington, Georgia, New Jersey and Colorado. Oceania is represented by several Australian regions together with New Zealand.
The zone-based network layout provides useful redundancy because a geographic zone can contain multiple VPN servers. Users can switch between servers within a preferred region when performance varies, while newer Trust.Zone applications include latency testing to help identify faster endpoints.
Trust.Zone does not provide a fixed numerical uptime guarantee comparable to the 99.9% or higher SLA commonly used by hosting providers. Service availability is intended to remain continuous apart from maintenance, repairs, provider failures, network congestion, emergencies and similar operational interruptions.
✍️ Customer Support
Customer support is mainly handled through a ticket-based system. Technical requests can include information such as the operating system or device, VPN server, connection protocol, exact error message and screenshots, making it easier to diagnose connection problems without lengthy back-and-forth communication.
Support operates Monday through Friday, 06:00-16:00 GMT+0. The service therefore does not provide round-the-clock staffed support as part of its standard offering.
The self-service support area is extensive and covers Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Linux, routers and individual VPN protocols. Troubleshooting information includes TAP adapter problems, failed connections, DNS issues, firewall and antivirus conflicts, VPN leaks, port forwarding and account configuration. A connection wizard also helps users select the correct setup procedure for their device and preferred VPN protocol.
🔨 Control Panel
Trust.Zone does not require a traditional web-hosting control panel because its service is focused on VPN access rather than website or server administration.
Account management is handled through the My Account area together with the Trust.Zone VPN applications. The account area manages subscriptions, downloadable configuration files and optional services such as dedicated IP addresses, port forwarding and additional simultaneous connections.
Manual configuration files are available for technologies including WireGuard, OpenVPN and IKEv2, together with other supported VPN and proxy protocols. This makes the service usable even when the official Trust.Zone application is not installed.
The desktop and mobile applications provide the normal VPN management interface for server selection, connection control, protocol preferences and security functions. Trust.Zone VPN V2 adds split tunneling, website-specific Smart Tunneling, custom DNS selection and server latency testing, providing considerably more routing control than a basic VPN client.
🎯 Conclusion
Trust.Zone is a mature specialist VPN service with a strong combination of zero activity logs, Seychelles jurisdiction, broad protocol support, unlimited traffic and more than 90 geographic VPN zones. The three-day trial without a credit card and the improved 10-day refund policy make it relatively easy to test before committing to a longer subscription. Its technical flexibility is particularly attractive. WireGuard and OpenVPN are accompanied by numerous alternative VPN and proxy technologies, while dedicated IP addresses, port forwarding, DDoS protection, router compatibility and split tunneling cover use cases ranging from basic private browsing to remote access and more specialized network configurations.
Long-term pricing is competitive, cryptocurrency support is well integrated, and the seven-language interface makes the service accessible to customers in several major international markets.
The main limitations are the weekday-only support schedule and the absence of a contractual percentage-based uptime SLA. Trust.Zone VPN V2 also remains an alpha-generation product even though it contains several of the service's most advanced functions.
Overall, Trust.Zone is particularly suitable for privacy-conscious users who value broad protocol choice, P2P support, dedicated IP options, flexible manual configuration and comparatively inexpensive long-term VPN subscriptions.
