Zet Servers got a negative review on and one official response on

Worst Provider
we worked with this provider for a around 3 and half month but my overall experience is not a good first they took money and delivering services like a mad...too much late delivery around 1 or 2 week they took and after getting a server i see a worst peering and routing.
and servers they offering is a unmanaged so won't get any advantages for a IPTV Solutions..DDoS Protection is not a upto mark....Support always non active on live chat as well as ticket...its looks they do not care there clients anymore.
at this moment working with other provider like WS/SpecialRDP/other 1 provider.
they are offering a good services compare to this providers specially this specialrdp guy is a just a awesome they do offer a good support very impressive.
anyways thanks for worst experience zetservers.not happy at all and its all waste of money and time...any client can welcome who wish to spoil and waste time like a..

First of all I am unable to identify your account by searching by e-mail provided here. The emain contains the word "host" (wont disclose it), so I can just suspect the bad review was posted by a concurent hoster.
Anyway, I will respond to each of complains in this message:
- We do have 1-2 weeks delivery for some models, due to the fact that we get very large number of new orders and it's hard to always keep in stock hundreds of servers ready for instant activation, however we always try to keep some models available for instant delivery
- "Worst peering and routing" without examples is like claiming that the black color is white. We have one of the best routing and we still keep our prices low, even if we directly peer with most premium ISP ;)
- Management of servers means more staff, more money. Most of our clients have knownledge on managing servers. Why should we increase our default end prices? We do also offer advanced management, but it's of course not free.
- We are not an IPTV services or solutions provider, we are a dedicated servers provider.
- DDoS Protection is one of the best in the market. Our last ticket about DDoS filtering was few months ago, regarding a small attack (
