Zet Servers got a negative review on and one official response on

It really looks like the only other review here (from May 7, 2015) was posted by ZetServers themselves.
On the contrary, I had nothing but problems. In the 15 months I endured with them, I had 5 major downtimes, and many smaller ones. Some lasted over a week. The also give you black listed IP’s which cause your emails to be banned by most recipients. We were forced to migrate on a moment’s notice 3 times because the data center they were using in the US shut them down (for not paying their bills I imagine) so they kept changing providers. We stuck with ZetServers for so long because they are a cheap option for a 1TB HDD server and we thought they were going to improve. A big mistake that proved to be. In the last forced migration, we had a major data loss. That is when we couldn’t take it anymore and left. They failed us so badly than Brenka, the support tech that was handling the last forced migration said that the least they can do is to refund the unused portion of the prepaid invoice. He even gave me the amount to be refunded (443EUR). But guess what? ...they never refunded a penny! They have completely ignored my posts for almost 2 months since they agreed to refund me. It is obvious now that they really have no intentions to refund me at all. What a rip off company they are!!! STAY AWAY FROM ZETSERVER, regardless of how low their prices may seem.
