I purchased an ulimited hosting.
From last 6 month we faced several problem like apache server down, memory limit problem, isues with with file n folder permission.
Now they suspended my hosting in mid and they say that i have crossed my cpu bandwidth.
I have purchased an unlimited hosting. how did i crossed my cpu bandwidth.
When I asked their customer care executive to make my site online, he denied and said to raise the support ticket.
i even raised the support ticket and he said that this issue will only resolved by them.
i again asked them please give me a hint which portion of my site is consuming a lot of memmory.
Then he said that he have no idea. I even what is my cpu limit then he replied that he have no idea.
If the the damn customer care have no idea what is the cpu bandidth of my hosting. Then how will i know.
And if I will not know then how can i control it.
Please do not purchase hosting with this company they are not reliable.
