horrible service. my vps was down for over 24 hours and i lost all my data. support is so slow it takes 18 hours to respond to ticket. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

On behalf of WooServers, I would like to assure you that the above review is a complete fake! I don't know who left the comment and for what reasons but the information provided is simply NOT true. I made all the necessary checks and can state for sure now that we had/have only two Joshes as our clients. Both of them ordered dedicated servers and not a VPS as this person claims. Also, the hosted domain the person mentioned when leaving the review has never been on our network (the domain name might be not visible for the public but I can see it here when making a reply). Finally, the e-mail provided simply does not exist. As to the substance of the claim, I also have something to add. We have never had a single issue of a downtime for more than 24 hours in our entire history and I am in the company from the very beginning. In case of a VPS this sounds even more ridiculous since all our clients get free use of vePortal with each and every VPS package where then can reboot their VPSes easily and as many times as needed. Our support is available 24/7 and average response time is not more than 1 hour. Replies within just a few minutes are also quite common!
To conclude, I would like to caution everyone about reviews like this one by josh! I can hardly imagine a single host who will behave as badly as this person claims! Because of such reviews, businesses suffer loss, while customers lose the opportunity to use quality services. Before making up your mind about specific service providers, please check at least a couple of sources because people with fake reviews and ill designs can spoil it for everyone...
