The I/O limit was the problem
Who go host gives I/O limit of just 1MB !

My first hand experience with Who Go Host' "Linux Hosting - Deluxe (25GB) Linux Shared Hosting" is that -- it is not suitable for companies with high traffic.
Their I/O resources is ruining their reputation.
I/O of 1MB is obsolate.
It's like driving "Agbegilodo", in the age of Tesla :)
Who Go Host is Linux Hosting - Deluxe (25GB) Linux Shared Hosting is suitable for corporate website that is only exhibits information for their clients.

We are sorry this is coming late. The issue with the resource limit on your account has been fixed as the account was moved to a higher plan because of the activity on the site. Also, we have taken a step further by increasing the I/O limit on all our hosting plans and provided an opportunity for the other limits to be increased per account on request.
