WestHost Totally SUCKs & lies about what they give you with their Unlimited Business account (My Neighbor who worked for them signed me up 7 years ago, so I never read their terms of service & was never told I would get a refund). My website kept being shutdown due to resource limits reached & I would loose hours to days before the Killed the processes before my site was back up, loosing me customers & now that I switched to another Hosting company I don't have any problems & my site is running 36% better according to GtMetrix... I went from an F Rating of 17% with WestHost with many processes at 0% to an overall score of 47% (still not the best) with many process bumped up to 89% to 100% where they were 0% on WestHost. WestHost servers would take 10-15 seconds to load my 3.71mb page whereas my new Hosting (SiteGround) takes 2 seconds to load each page.
They also will not refund their Customers which is a HUGE sign to not Trust this Criminal Company. Not refunding a customer with over 5 months left is down right Criminal & Fraudulent. I will never recommend WestHost to Anyone, it's been nothing but problems since the beginning. And their customer service is literally the worst I have ever encountered.
Also after reading other reviews I realized another problem with WestHost... Their email service never worked properly, I would get some emails, but others were lost or hidden in dark web sections of their cPanel, not easy to find & I would get calls about not replying to messages. So I had to have it directed to my gmail account & the problems with lost emails stopped & so did the frustrated customers.
WestHost is a SCAM, Fraudulent, & Criminal for Keeping Customers money for the Lack of service & lies about what they offer... I do NOT recommend them at all, its a SCAM
