I think the price of this website is very good. My only issue was with customer service at times with online support. If you are impatient or need to have things fixed immediately, you could become frustrated. The only downside for me was no 24/7 customer service by phone as a couple technical issues could not be handled online. Having said that, places that do offer that have much higher rates; so, you have to decide what is important for you?
The owner is very courteous and was willing to help me resolve my own issues. I think that if you exhibit professionalism, and you have honest intentions working with the site, and it doesn't seem to fit what you are looking for, they will work with you in resolving your issue one way or another. With that being said, while it did not work out for me, I would still highly recommend this website.
In a day and age where everyone is out to make a buck, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and goals to provide you with the best service and experience. And coming from someone who could have easily written a negative review, I think that speaks volumes. Just because it didn't meet my needs doesn't mean it won't meet yours. I would definitely recommend this website without reservation.
