Absolutely Terrible Experience - Lost Business, Data & Trust

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with WebSoul has been so disastrous that I feel obligated to warn others, especially business owners, before they make the same mistake.

I run an established e-commerce website that consistently generated high traffic and substantial revenue. When I decided to switch hosting providers, I reached out to WebSoul’s technical team directly and made it crystal clear that I would rely completely on their expertise. I told them they could recommend any plan, shared hosting, VPS, or dedicated, as long as it could handle my existing traffic and performance requirements.

They asked for detailed technical information, including screenshots of my server load, bandwidth usage, and traffic data. I provided everything they requested. After reviewing it, their technical representative strongly recommended a shared hosting plan, assuring me that it would easily support my website’s needs.

From that point forward, everything went downhill.

Even though their plan mentioned a 7-day free trial, my website was barely functional during those first 7–10 days. It kept going down repeatedly, resulting in major downtime and customer complaints. When I contacted support, I was told that the server I was hosted on was facing “issues,” and that they would migrate me to another server — but that happened after the trial period ended. Conveniently, by the time migration was done, the trial was over and I was stuck.

Despite the migration, the same problems continued — frequent downtime, 505 errors, database crashes, and extreme lag. In those first 2–3 weeks alone, I lost approximately 10–15 lakhs in business due to their incompetence.

Their team later admitted fault and said they were “temporarily boosting” my resources to their Business Plan. Even after that so-called upgrade, my site kept crashing — and to make things worse, some of my server files were deleted. When I confronted them, I was shocked to hear their response: they accused me of deleting the files!

They provided an IP address from the logs as “proof,” but that IP traced back to Karachi, and I have never been anywhere near Karachi. That incident completely destroyed my trust. They eventually helped recover some of the lost data, but the website’s performance issues never stopped.

After all of this chaos, their final explanation was that I needed to “upgrade” my plan again — the same team that initially told me shared hosting was sufficient! When I refused and demanded a refund for the financial loss and wasted time, they started giving endless excuses. Even after admitting their mistakes, they refused to issue a proper refund and kept trying to persuade me to stay.

At this point, it’s clear that WebSoul’s priorities are not customer satisfaction or reliable service, but rather deflecting blame and holding onto payments at all costs. Their management needs to seriously rethink their practices.

I will be taking this matter to every possible platform to ensure others are aware of these issues and don’t face the same nightmare.

And just to make it clear: if the WebSoul team decides to respond here with a “That’s not true” statement, I have complete proof to support every claim I’ve made above.

In short:

❌ Continuous downtime and data loss
❌ Financial loss
❌ Zero accountability
❌ No genuine refund policy

Think twice before trusting them with your website or your business.
