Dont bother with Webhosting World
If there are any rating for this company it would be a 2 out of 10. We have 2 sites with this company and have had over 96 problems that we had documented in less than 6 months. Their billing department is another issue, they will forget about the payments you submit for domain newal or hosting services. Allow your site to be downed for so called non payment issues, when the invoices are cleary marked as paid.
its either their databases are corrupted, their servers go down, or another issue that takes days to resolve.
If your running a business that generates income for you, stear clear away from Webhosting world. If you deside to host with these people, you better get yourself additional sites because it will be downed without you knowing it. You'll lse money. Like w said we've had 96 documented incidents in the past year alone with this company of our sites being down on a daily basis.
Its either they load so many websites on a 10 year old computer, that your site is either slow or non responsive. Either your database is corrupted or not connecting to your website because they are rebooting their systems which takes hours. Its a complete nighmare.
Just receintly we paid for our domain resgistration 2 months ago and they didnt even bother to renew our account. Oursit was downed days ago and for some sort of luck we found out on our own. The invoice was paid months ago for the domain to be renewed from 2012 to 2013. They took the money and didnt bother to renew it. thats just plain incompience.
We will never get another hosting plan from this company ever again.
