Please note on the chat start and end times. Both of them are within business hours. But the operator is telling me that no one from billing department is available because their working hours are 9 AM-5 PM (Chatting time is around 1:30 PM)
Also please note that they say "WebHostingWorld.Net Billing Department is online 24x7x365. For billing issues you can contact Billing Department any time. Only exisiting clients can contact Billing Department. You can also place ticket to Billing Department from Client Area or the link below." on their web site.
