BUYER BEWARE!!!

WebHosingPad has UNFAIR and UNETHICAL policies!!!
These folks are CROOKS!
My hosting got auto-renewed. I cancelled it the next day. I called and spoke with a person. I logged in and cancelled online. I filled in all the "paperwork" request they needed. I exchanged another 3 emails with customer service and every time they would quote their crooked policy of NO REFUNDS and would refuse to connect me to a manager.
This is messed up!
This company is UNETHICAL and I would not recommend them!

I was reviewing your ticket and it appears that you were indeed forwarded to our manager and conversed with them shortly before you were again forwarded to our highest up representative who personally responded to you, as per your request. We connected you to two managers in the process of your tickets. At no point did we refuse to connect you to a manager.

Additionally, we sent out multiple reminders about the charge up to 30 days prior. All of these notices included the amount, the services it was for, the date that it would be automatically withdrawn from the card, and detailed cancellation instructions if you did not want this service to be renewed. You had 30 days in which to contact us if you required help with cancelling, and 30 days to submit the cancellation request, which unfortunately you did not do.

Because of this, your services were renewed as were all the licenses and services required to keep your services running, which cannot be refunded or reversed. This is why we include cancellation instructions 30 days before every invoice due date and send frequent reminder. Unfortunately you did not follow these instructions and so your services were renewed.
