I think that out of every hosting company this is by far the absolute worst company when it comes to service, they have hardly any staff, and the ones that you can talk to are all "level 1" techs, i used the " " before and after cause i think the average rock has more brains for a tech than these guys, they have admins that are able to do their jobs, why they cant hire at least three to help with calls instead of having them all only use e-mail does not make sense.... their are only a few things that the stupid level one techs can do, they are not smart enough to look at a site to figure out DNS issues, e-mail issues, they have no education or common sense to google an issue they dont understand. Oh and they have a real big damn issue with the LACK of ability to listen. If a hosting company is going to hire people to act as a tech it is expected the techs should know about the !@#$% proccess/service/product they are being hired to support, I am so close to paying an extra 100 dollars a month and hosting my own damn servers, at least i know how the hell to make one work with out all the issues this company has. they dont refund money like all the rest either, cause they have to have it to pay the stupid retards they hired to waste your time when their system f's up and you need help from some one that tells you to e-mail some one with a brain. THE CEO sucks that owns this company, hes to stupid to have a answering machine to give you the admin e-mail and tell you thats the only way you can get help. The dumb ass could fire all the level one techs and save at least 70 grand a year, they claim 24/7 support but its all bull shit cause if they had that i would not have to e-mail and take days to get something fixed..... Bluehost at least has more than a level one even know they suck as well cause they dont know how to configure a e-mail server worth a shit...... Awww i hate stupid people, Yea i am totally paying for the bandwidth and hosting my own crap.....
