I have signed up Web Host Face lifetime package. Web Host Face has created so many problems by problems on my websites which I have not got this problem about pirated themes and plugins before for 6 years from my original hosting company now. They paid for $600 for lifetime hosting service and $80 for malware and did not see any service done. After that Web Host Face suspended my account. I wasted my $80 and $600 for lifetime hosting service which did not use anymore after cunning tricks the Web Host Service have done for my past 28 days. I have met the 30 days policy but no refund. Now my name server are not pointing at Web Host Face and it pointing at other hosting company. They gave me a did not make any sense reason for not refund me and ignored the countless number of times for request of refund. Is it fair for me that I am not using their hosting service and yet not refund me for the money which I have met 30 days that stated on their website. I have a lot of evidence to proof myself. I need to get my buyer rights!!
