24 7 help dose not exist on Fridays or weekends.
Have rang over ten times to get help sent about 10 emails
wasted all my phone credit on hold.
"just hold one sec" in reality means you will be there on hold for up to 5 minutes
They are the most rudest, incompetent unhelpful bunch of liars i have ever encounted in my whole life
The call center staff are rude smart arse little kids that laugh and make smart arse comments when you are trying to get through to them on your 8th call. too stupid to even mute their microphones when they are putting sh it on their customers
They just dont do what they saY then lie to cover up or start asking you the customer " Do you know how long most corparations hold times are?" No mate i dont keep statistics on phone hold times for Telstra
yeah my site got suspended with out any indication or notification aswell.
Communist RUSSIA has more transparency and communication
WEBCITY will cost YOU money through wasted time, wasted phone bills, no help with transfering domain names, wasting time sending emails that get ignored
Dont waste your time with their help or FAQ section, navigation is bad and chaotic
I was a webcity customer for 16 days
I wonder how many positive reviews here are dissinformation spread by Webcity directors.
I love dealing with overseas american companies.Totaly professionally even if you are not a customer
