These people think they are doing a customer a favour; this is so loud in all responses to enquiries and issue tickets raised. saddening that all the new emails being signed up(created) cant access their mailbox for over 10 days and they are not doing anything. The error is always "login invalid" from all available ISPs. I have reported this for the past 10 working days, but one Kayode in the support team has being in war of words with us; he cant answer technical queries, always in the "mill" defending blindedly what we provided evidence to support, always "running the mill - his mouth like a clown...we are just wondering how he got to that role ". He has refused to do the needful and we are constrained to move our need to another service provider. At least 3 domains would require VPS hostings and we cant have them on web4frica.com as Kayode has made customer experience a very bad one...and we wont fail to advice others to never use web4africa service.. By my last count, we have four domains registered in web4africa, all hosting, also here. Kayode is simply a round peg in a square hole full of lies and never owing up to realities.
Kayode, avoidably is a "senior" admin in your support team is making service delivery a rocket science. Im dissatisfied & generating EPP for transfer, along with other 3 others. You may want to review in order to curtail Kayode's unprofessional dealings with clear cut knowledge-gap as he must have driven many out.
Kayode made a blonder yet he wont admit, even with evidence provided. No empathy. Till now, we dont have any headway and we have made up our my mind, no looking back at your offering. NO to web4africa. Dont try them
