Pathetic customer support and REALLY BAD experience with VPS Malaysia!

Regarding on selling shared hosting as VPS that you mentioned in review comments, shared hosting and VPS is two different services. There is no hosting company could sell shared hosting as VPS. A shared web hosting service is a web hosting service where many websites reside on one web server connected to the Internet while the VPS is a virtual machine sold as a service by an Internet hosting services.
Furthermore, we appreciated you taking the time to write a review regarding on our Support Team took 7 days to respond.
