what a bad service, i just to try only 1 month but what i can say, im lucky not renew and buy yearly. better you try for 1st month. the service was vary2 bad. my website from early month 3 days already down, and what i cant accept
ed my web database also corrupted without touch anything after migrate. email was very2 bad, my client always complain dont receive. and smtp always down. what a bad service i thought i stay in malaysia can get better when youre local. but nope, my last experience with ovh singapore was 10x times more better than this. without any single issue. dont take a risk. and they can refund but not in cash still in their wallet without withdrawn to your bank. so just stay away, its a small scam style but on proper way. i hope dont make your customer in a risk with this kind of company. ive problem until now they still cant solve and keep give me a wrong reason.
Dont give to many excuse, do you think i dont have any others work to do??? im the head of it, you think im stupid enough? i can build server from A to Z. all this things is my toys. i know what type of php how to manage how to change. this is not related with the server currently your load averages is to high, either my web cant open and down almost everyday, when problem submit ticket one day 7 to 10 tickets??? are u stupid? first time i migrate i already know what is your server performance. and nothing i can say just wait until end of the months to find another provider. if i as it support then u can kong me. but sorry i do almost 55+ branches server around the world. so im abit expert on configuration. i dont have any issue with ovh data center, india data center, aim, cj1 but your server was really2 suck thats all. very laggy n unproper configuration. thanks
