On a fully managed dedicated hosting plan for over 10yrs with them. Their support department is run by a bunch of clowns for the past few years. They lost two of my websites completely and told me there's no way to restore them because there's NO backup! Their initial reply to ALL my support tickets is always saying my server is not hosted with them so they can't assist me further. It takes one or two replies before they realise my server is actually hosted with them. Most recent case involved me sending them a ticket to get them to resolve a server configuration issue that prevent a third-party app from connecting to my server. I even sent them information on possible solutions to help them in resolving my issue. Guess what? They sat on my ticket for 5 days doing NOTHING. No updates from them until i sent in 3 replies only to be told that my request is NOT within their scope. It's a complete B.S. So i decided to move on and found a much better hosting company. What took them 5 days and still unresolved only took the new company 1 hour to resolve. If you're serious about your web business, stay away, and i say again, STAY AWAY from these clowns. They simply lack of the expertise to give you the real support you need. And I haven't even touched on the website downtime and the myriads of problems i faced throughout my 10yrs ordeal. Use them at your own risk. You've been warned.
