Hi, I advice you to never select such host as your hosting provider. The problems I faced with Vebnest are:
1. My websites stop functioning 8-10 times daily.
2. If you try to contact the chat support on their website. He will advice you to submit a ticket rather answering your simple queries.
3. The support tickets submitted by you will only get an answer if you re contact and complain them via frontend chat system
4. There servers were hacked and a big skull was showing there for 2-3 days.
5. In my reseller control panels, I usually found several other hosting accounts that were not created by me. No security at all. Same happened when I tried to create new web hosting packages.
6. It is a long list of poorest features and I don't have much time explain these. It is up to you now. You are the best judge of yourself. Select them and waste your money and time. Also, ruin your relations with your clients and sub resellers by selecting such host.
Unfortunately, I am still having my 35-40 websites hosted on different service providers out of which at least 25-30 are on Vebnest. I want to shift these to a better master reseller hosting provider. Please suggest me a good provider.

1. He is Client since 15/08/2009 so its mean he was not having issues before if he were he must get refunded or cancel the account cause no one afford downtime if that is true story :) so stop lie.
2. Live chat is for small quick issue not to discuss stories we have 1000's of clients we can't put on hold all clients for just one client who just want to waste time and offcourse some issue require time so instead client wait with us on chat or we put on hold on chat we suggest to open ticket so that we can send the status report once its done.
