I have been with this company for only 3 days now. I am planning for migration to Rackspace, better i pay them more and get reliable service.
These people are group of inexperience naive professional.
If you don't believe, Go open the live chat and wait for nothing.
Open ticket and wait for 24hrs reply.
Call them their fake US landline number and see what happens.
Visit their US office and see where you land up.
They are not reliable, definitely not trustworthy and the worst of worst is that they are in some where in middle east. To be exact Islamabad - Pakistan. They have refused to refund my money aswell and its only been 3 days.

Mr. Karim bought and asked refund becz he need free WHMCS, 1000emails per hour per domain for bulk email purpose we asked to check terms which he agreed while buying we not offer such things he start complaining this and that finaly we refunded though he didn't cancelled the account properly using billing system. Thanks Mr. Teli you should know how to read english you never fall in this situation ever.
