Never host or deal with Trafficpullz.com
This is regarding the Hosting & domian service of Trafficpullz!
Unfortunately, one of my friends had fallen a prey to Trafficpullz. We have never seen such a worst service and support provider ever before. They kept the domain under thier
control and never allowed the customer to change any settings. They kept asking additional payments for the requests for changing the domain properties. The particular
site was down for almost 3 to 4 months and they never turned up on it. Finally, the day of Judgement, the renewal date came... The billing executive rang the customer and
asked him to renew the services and make the payment. The client got surpirised to get this call from them...at that time, the site was still down, which the poor billing
executive as unaware untill the customer asked them, why this was down!!!
Next, the customer wanted to renew his services with another hosting partner.. The CHEAPEST of all th terrific things happend here. The customer wanted to login into his
control panel and get the details for transfer. The "Trafficpullz.com" had already disabled the customers userid and prevented him from logging in to get the domain details.
The customer raised some 3 to 4 trouble tickets, requesting he was unable to login, please rectify it immediately. The customer waited for long 3 days.... The status was 'you
are in the admin que please wait'....This happend 4 days before the service gets expired.
At last on the 4th day, the services got expired and the answer came from "Teriffic Pulse(Trafficpullz)". "To get the support further, please renew your services with us". The
customer got stuck up and realized he has been screwed up from all sides. Once the domain is expired, the support guy rang up the customer and spoke in a very stupid
way this was the worst part of this whole story..
My questions to Trafficpullz are: Why have you kept that clients site down for almost 3 to 4 months? Why have you disabled that customers login, even before expiring the
services? Why have you not answered the customer's tickets with proper answers, even after 3 days? Why have you waited for the services to expire to make a call to the
customer? Why have you kept the support portal "http://support.trafficpullz.com" ? Is it for fun or for use?
This is all about my friend's (the above mentioned customer's) experience with Trafficpullz!
I suggest everybody who looks for hosting service providers, should never opt for Trafficpullz.com, Otherwise, you will be the next victim to them.
