As someone who has been a client of TMDHosting for almost seven years, I've been impressed not only by the many and varied services they offer, but also by the reliability of the services (with almost no down-time).
What has impressed me most, however, is their customer service. I cannot say how many, many times I've had to contact TMDH for information or help ... but what I can say is the every time (bar none) the experience has been good, very good or excellent.
Not only are their customer service reps professional, helpful, friendly and efficient, but they've been very quick to respond to my tickets. If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say the average response time has been less than 10 minutes, consistently ... no matter what time of day ... and despite the fact that I'm contacting them from a third-world country (Jamaica).
In addition, their "geniuses" must be among the best there are when it comes to solving problems that may lead to down-time.
I do not hesitate to recommend TMDHosting to anyone who needs a good, fast and efficient web-hosting service. They're excellent.
