I run 6 websites with TMD hosting, and I'm launching a 7th soon. TMD is the only hosting solution I'm using right now after moving two of my websites from another hosting provider to TMD last year. Why?
1) TMD has hands-down the best support compared with the other hosting solutions on the market. No-fuss, no, "this is not under our scope," no questions asked. You open a ticket, and magic happens. And it happens fast!
2) Excellent server response time. In 2021, speed is one of the most important Google metrics. After switching my websites to TMD, my score just boomed on PageSpeed Insights.
3) Quick integration with Cloudflare. Yes, I know you can do that manually, but it can be time-consuming. With TMD is just a few clicks, and bam, your DNS records, and everything is synchronized with Cloudflare. The option is available via CPanel. And if you can't figure it out, well, open a ticket, and the TMD support team will do it for you in less than 5 minutes.
4) Recently, I had one of my websites infected by malware. It was my fault as I neglected to keep things up to date. I opened a ticket, and the TMD support team quickly fixed all the corrupted files, etc. This was great as otherwise, I would have had to spend quite a lot of $.
The list goes on. To me, TMD is more than a hosting provider. It is a business relationship. And every time I need their help, night and day, they're there!
