As a result of the absolutely superb service I have received during my time under contract with TMD Hosting I felt it only fair to spend a couple of moments to sing their praises. In a world where there are so many choices, what is promised is often not what one receives in reality. This couldn`t be further from the reality with TMD. In truth, they have been judicious and professional in all their dealings with me, clarifying if required to preclude any confusion, and providing an absolutely outstanding fuss-free Support service, all in a pleasant and expeditious manner. They really do ensure that the service they provide is exactly as required and they do so in a rapid and expedient fashion. It is somewhat unusual to find a service offering such great value services, also leading the way when it comes to support. Evidently they realise that a contented customer is a valuable customer and certainly this has proven the case with me. Whilst fortunately I have not needed to contact them much, for both configuration changes and service requests they have given the impression that my needs were their foremost concern. Keep up the great work TMD, you rightfully deserve your plaudits as the leader of the pack!
