They killed my website, which was running on a professional and reputable script... (phpProBid) Then they lied and blamed the script. They claimed it would not run because it was written for an older version of .php. It is the most recent 2021 release so THAT was a blatant lie. It was written for 7.1 or later and won't even install on 5.6, which was the version they CLAIMED it was only compatible with. What actually happened: Their representative attempted to restore it from backup after their glitch... then lied. IT GETS WORSE: I re-built the entire website from the ground up and it was running fine for weeks... until the day after they migrated my service to a "new" server without warning. Suddenly the website will not connect to the database any more. (Is it coincidence that I left them a one-star rating and negative comment on facebook a few days before?) I opened tickets with them and the software developer who created the commercial script I am running on the site. They (obviously) re-configured .SQL on my service, and they (once again) claimed the SCRIPT changed. It did not. When the developer and I requested they fix it, they (RUDELY) said I would "need to purchase VPS or a dedicated server to configure .SQL myself." and marked the original ticket as "answered." My website is still down and now my only option is switch to a better host. I may be paranoid, but I truly suspect that they targeted me because I caught them in a lie, and they sabotaged my service for it.
