This company offers one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever encountered.
Their so-called "panels" are practically useless from an engineering perspective. You can’t even open your own ports or reinstall a self-managed server without begging support. Basic functionality that any VPS provider should offer is completely missing.
And when you reach out for help, the arrogance begins. Two support staff in particular — one whose name starts with Sha** and another called Est** — seem to work against the company’s own customers. Unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude.
We were hoping to use these servers for EU-based projects, but the experience turned into a complete disaster due to their "highly efficient" (sarcasm intended) technical support.
Their site claims to offer live chat support, but as soon as you raise a real issue, they switch you over to email — and then disappear. You’re left waiting indefinitely while your infrastructure is stuck.
This company runs on fumes. Lots of big claims, but nothing real behind them. Poor tooling, broken support, and a deeply frustrating experience for any serious user.
Avoid this provider if you care about control, uptime, or respect.
