This is the worst ever hosting that I ever use for a website!!! 1 month the website can down for 10 times!!!! The speed of the website also very slow and everytime need to inform them to do maintenance then only fast a bit. STAY OUT FROM THIS HOSTING!!!!!!!!! I'm really regret to choose SHINJIRU!!!!!!!!
Gary, based on the ticket of WXT-751-99003 our support team have given you a detailed explanation of what happened there. Firstly it is not due to server down, the error was related to Plugins issue. Therefore, we have increase the memory limit and also optimize your website. When the second issue rises up, we have found that there was a cron job process (high and database kept showing error message). We have also repair the database using MySQL® (Databases in cPanel) and gave you the guide on how to monitor Wordpress cron job. One thing to highlight, whenever this issue arises, do take note that it has be to fix from your end. We suggest you to get your web developer or an IT person in charge to check, this is to ensure a daily smooth operation for your website incase things go wrong again.
Our team are still waiting for your reply regarding the Wordpress log in as we are ready to go extra miles to investigate the case further, though you did not subscribe to our GOLD managed service. It is definitely wrong to point out to us every time the website is down whereby we have explained that the issue does not come from our end.
