Shinjiru is Quite Good

We have been with Shinjiru for half a year now and I cannot say Shinjiru's perfect, yet no one is. The Shinjiru staff responds very fast. Important inquiries like downtime issues are resolved within minutes to 2 - 3h max. Remember the time zone, night or day, they take care of it anyway! Shared Hosting is normally a tough nut to crack, for hosters and webmasters as well. Response time fluctuations and traffic congestion happen. After tracking down the server problem once for all, the website is up, 100% of the time. Maintenance (seldom necessary) of the server has the consequence of the downtime of little hours (~2, 3h). You will be informed via email in a timely fashion, hence you can deactivate advertising campaigns for this specific time frame. So no surprises at this point, too. That is why it is good to have technical experts right by their side who take care of hosting issues professionally and fast at the same time. The Malaysia servers seem to have an average of 100kb/sec bandwidth, thus I recommend European and American customers to go for their data centers in the UK and EU. Moreover they help you install and configure applications to make them work like they are supposed to. Always trying to make it better than better. Thumbs up!
